An incredible opportunity for a trainee product manager has become available at a fast-growing Health & Beauty contract manufacturer that covers Personal Care, Haircare, Men’s Grooming, Skincare and Baby categories. Joining this dynamic NPD team, you will provide support to the Product Manager and their Health & Beauty accounts, ensuring the timely development and delivery of a wide range of award-winning products from concept to launch.

Using your excellent interpersonal skills you will successfully develop strong relationships, liaising between external buyers and internal packaging suppliers, coordinating samples, quotes and costings. In order to ensure the NPD process runs smoothly for your team, brand side and retail accounts you must not only be a top-level communicator but also have an eye of detail and accurately complete supporting administrative processes.

The ideal candidate will be confident at juggling multiple projects simultaneously in this fast-paced environment, able to keep a cool head, focus and deadlines.
