Are you a well-established, senior-level global regulatory and safety scientist within the food and nutrition industries?
Are you a highly motivated team player, with the proven ability to lead and drive the regulatory agenda in a multinational innovation-led organisation?
In this vital role, you will have overall responsibility for formula, ingredients, label, claims and global regulatory compliance across the Wellness portfolio.
Experience in manufacturing food, drink, beverage, wellness, nutraceuticals, sport and nutritional products, supplements, powders, bars and tablets is essential.
You will drive the company’s forward-looking regulatory approach, maintaining compliance with evolving global food and nutritional product regulations. Using your excellent communication skills, you will proactively engage with stakeholders, ensuring the business prepares for regulatory developments and manages any associated impact.
You will liaise proactively with regulatory representatives in key markets, leading the monitoring and interpretation of changes in food and food-related regulations that may impact the Health and Wellness Business.
You will manage all labelling requirements and the ingredient restrictions databases for current and future markets, ensuring full and continued compliance across the portfolio.
Working closely with internal teams, you will use your understanding of the NPD process to provide risk assessments of new concepts and lead on compliance of global claims and advertising requirements.
You will increase the company’s presence and influence within relevant regional trade associations, representing the company in health authority meetings and trade association working groups as required.
