This year, the Spanish glassmaker Ramon Clemente invested in two new I.S. machines and two new lacking and polishing machines.
“Our main goals for the next months is to reinforce our offer of standard models, which only accounted for 15% of our business so far, and also to boost our development in the USA,” Christina Alberti, Vice-president sales and marketing, says. The company’s four new standard lines were showcased on the occasion of the latest Luxe Pack tradeshow in Monaco.
Based in El Masnou, near Barcelona, Ramon Clemente is equipped with two ovens with a respective capacity of 25 and 35 tons, and five production lines. The company achieved a turnover of EUR 24 million in 2007.
